Effective Fake Reference Services & Alibis (EFRSA) will not provide fake references to:  

  • Child & Family Services

  • Government ministries, department, or the like

  • Law enforcement agencies

  • Medical Organizations

  • Courts

  • Any others that we decide to not provide fake references or fake alibis to/for​

  • Effective Fake Reference Services & Alibis (EFRSA) will not provide fake references that enable you to engage in criminal conduct, and is hereby exempted from liability if you involve EFRSA when (or after) taking actions that are criminal in nature. EFRSA's must not be used to engage in any criminal misconduct, civil liability, or to break any local, national, or international laws, and if EFRSA is involved in any of these and more by a client, EFRSA is exempt from liability.

  • No promises stated or implied that is not expressly written on here will be honored by EFRSA.

  • Normally, every reference name (landlord, boss, coworker, etc,) and reference company name MUST NOT BE THAT OF A REAL PERSON OR COMPANY. The references must be for fake companies, bosses, coworkers, landlord, etc. So if your last boss's name is Christine, you cannot obtain reference for Christine. You must change the name Christine to some other name, and the company name to a company name that does not exist. We can create websites, use auto-attendant, and put things in place to make the fake characters and organizations appear genuine. **(However, TO GIVE MORE PEOPLE THE OPPORTUNITY TO GET THE FAKE REFERENCES/ALIBI THEY NEED, FOR NOW WE ARE FLEXIBLE ABOUT USING REAL OR FAKE COMPANY OR WORKER NAMES, BUT IF WE FACE EXCESSIVE LEGAL ACTIONS IN THE FUTURE DUE TO OUR USE OF REAL NAMES, WE WILL STOP PROVIDING REFERENCES USING REAL COMPANY AND  SUPERVISOR NAMES, AND STICK WITH ONLY FAKE REFERENCES. PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND AS YOU PURCHASE OUR SERVICES.)**

  • Every information provided by the client must be correct, and these include the clients name, email, home address, education, work history, criminal record, and any other information EFRSA requires. If the client provides incorrect information, the client is responsible for any financial, reputation, or other burdens EFRSA bears due to the clients incorrect information. As a result, any compensation EFRSA decides is necessary must be given to EFRSA regardless of what any other entity or person decides.

  • The Client is solely responsible for information submitted to EFRSA and the consequences that result when EFRSA uses this information.

  • EFRSA will exert reasonable effort (reasonable as defined and decided upon solely by EFRSA) to provide references that will allow the client get the job, housing, reference check, or white lie, needed, but EFRSA is not responsible for the client not getting the job, housing, or out of the jam. By contacting EFRSA and using EFRSA's service, you are bound by and automatically agree to every condition written on here, as well as those that are not written on here but that exonerate EFRSA from every consequence that results from the service provided to you by EFRSA.

  • Absolutely no refunds will be issued to clients, and none should be expected at any given point in time.

  • You must purchase your next month’s service before your first month’s service expires in-order to get the low subsequent months’ price. If your first month (first 30 days of service) expires before you purchase subsequent months’ service, you’d have to purchase the first month service - rather than the less expensive subsequent service - again. This is to prevent any future stress.

  • If a past or future client, or any person or entity takes action that impacts EFRSA's reputation or impacts EFRSA in other ways, the client is fully responsible for fully and in a timely manner compensating EFRSA for damages, in a manner that EFRSA Principal Owner(s) decide(s).

  • In using EFRSA's service, the Client agrees that the Client is at least 18 years of ages, or at least the age they need to be to utilize a service of this sort in the region they reside in. If the client is below age, the client must not utilize EFRSA's service, and any repercussion of this use of EFRSA's service will be bore by the client alone, with EFRSA completely exempt from any negative repercussions.

  • In using EFRSA's service, the client agrees that the client will make payment with payment options that belongs to the client, or that the client is authorized to use. EFRSA is not responsible for the client making payments with payment options that does not belong to the client, or payment options which the client is not authorized to use. If any action is taken against EFRSA due to actions engaged in by the client, or inaction the client failed to engage in but should have engaged in, the client is solely responsible for reparations to the injured party or parties.

  • The Client agrees that EFRSA, EFRSA owner(s), and employees, have the right to fully cooperate in any and all investigations regarding any aspect of its services, including services sold to the Client.

  • The Client agrees not to hold EFRSA, EFRSA owner(s), or any EFRSA staff responsible for any loss as a result of the services provided to the Client. The Client agrees to - without limitation or exception - indemnify, defend, and hold blameless EFRSA, EFRSA owner(s), and EFRSA staff of any and all legal actions, liabilities, losses, costs, expenses, attorney fees, cause of actions or claims by or resulting from the Client’s use of any and all services provided by EFRSA, which may damage the Client or any other parties.

  • By using Effective Fake Reference Services & Alibis's service, the automatic implication is you are saying that you have read these terms of service, and do understood these terms of service, and that YES, you do agree to ALL of the above stated terms of service. Your using any of our services at any time is your legal agreement to all of Effective Fake Reference Services & Alibis's terms of service, as well as your agreement that any updates to these terms and services automatically apply to you.
